We really value all our patients comments and suggestions. We read, listen, review and act wherever possible.
You said we would like to be able to cancel appointments when the surgery is closed.
- So we now have a system where you can cancel your appointment by text (must have your up to date mobile number) or online (need to register for this service here on our website)
- And we are considering other ways for you to cancel appointments. We cannot unfortunately offer a telephone message service as we do not have the capacity to manage this kind of system.
You said we should open earlier
- So we reviewed our appointment system and staff rota to accommodate 0815 hours opening in the near future. Our phone lines will be open from then too
- And we continue to direct patients to an urgent care system outside of these hours including Bank Holidays weekends.
