  • Attend appointments or cancel if you can’t make it
  • Use online services where possible
  • Be respectful to staff and other patients

Giving Feedback or Raising Concerns

Your GP practice is your first point of contact for feedback or concerns.

  • Use the practice’s feedback or complaints process
