- Keep contact details up to date
- Attend appointments or cancel if you can’t make it
- Use online services where possible
- Be respectful to staff and other patients
Giving Feedback or Raising Concerns
Your GP practice is your first point of contact for feedback or concerns.
- You can speak to a member of staff at your practice
- Use the practice’s feedback or complaints process
